Nokia is holding an event on April 12 to announce something about the Symbian smartphone OS. Rumors are hinting at Redmondpoo announcing the next big over-the-air update for Symbian but a recent spy-shot involving Nokia CEO Stephen Elop, acquired by The Noisecast, may indicate something else.
