LulzSec spokesperson arrested by Scotland Yard?

On the heels of the PayPal boycott, the Associated Press is reporting that Scotland Yard has arrested a 19-year-old man in the Shelter Islands. The 19-year-old is believed to be hacktivist “Topiary”, spokesman for LulzSec. As of this writing there has been no activity on LulzSec’s twitter account for over 6 hours and their website, lulzsecurity.com, is currently down (screen cap below).
