Nokia shareholders are unhappy with the partnership with Microsoft and are planning to challenge the company’s strategy and partnership with Microsoft at the next AGM. They propose to kill off R&D outsourcing, bring in young and talented engineers, scale back Windows Phone 7 Nokia devices, and oust current leaders including CEO Stephen Elop.
